It runs and drives well, starts on the first try and does not leak. It is a Muncie 4-Speed and a 4 Barrel Carb. It looks to be all Original, the engine was rebuilt at some point and they shaved off the top of the motor, which eliminated the engine tag. Apparently this was a common repair to provide a better seal when putting things back together. We were told it was the original engine and everything else is matching. The top is worn, we have a New top ready for installation that will go with the car. The Original stereo was replaced with a Kenwood cassette deck, we have the Original stereo. An aftermarket Tachometer was added to the dash, there were no screws used, so it would be easily removed. The Oil, Temperature, Gas and Battery Gauges all work. The Original Tachometer and the Original Clock do not work. The passenger side wiper is operational, the drives side is non operational. Headlights and Brights work as do all turn signals. The drivers side door lock is broken and the drivers side window will only roll up to about 75%, it will go up with help all the way to the top but you have to help lift it. The Passenger side window and door locks both work fine. No problems opening an closing the trunk or hood, they both work well. There is no rust in the engine compartment or trunk and it does not look like any repairs have been made. The frame is also rust free, which is a common problem with this generation, the underside is in good condition. We are selling this as is, it would make a great driver or is a great start for a full restoration.
