I have owned the1999 4 Runner for several years and bought it from my brother-in-law. Runs great but has a rough idle. Great tires 70R16. Four wheel drive works good. 206,422 miles and had a new head gasket around 203,000 miles. Mag wheels, sunroof, luggage rack, tow package, 3.4 litre V6 Automatic, power door locks with remote, power windows. No radio. Pretty good body with barely any rust. Will not take a Maine inspection sticker because of the rust on the frame with the worst being by the gas tank. The mechanic said plates could be welded to the frame. Circumstances and time will not allow me pursue this any further. Also, when the brake bulbs are in and you apply brakes the fuse will blow. Has to be a short somewhere. I bondo'd two holes in the rear bumper. It really does run down the road well.
