- Vehicles with 80,000 miles or more but less than 100,000 miles has implied warranty for 30 DAYS/1000 MILES whichever occurs first
- Vehicles with more than 100,000 miles. Will be render safe to drive on the road at the time of pick up/delivery.
For all implied warranties if any repairs are required buyer must first contract us and must bring vehicle at our location. We will fix it free of cost. All repairs must be completed at our location only. Transportation/shipping is 100% buyers responsibility. No repair/transportation reimbursment will be issued. We recommended if you are buying vehicle from a far distance and bringing the vehicle back could be costly. It is good to buy a service contract for couple of hundered dollars and peace of mind. Ask us about service contract.

Deposit: Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of auction close or risk no sale default. Vehicle will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 7 days to pay. If you are nonpaying bidder, you will be held liable for re-listing fee and you shall at seller option, will be liable for sellers actual damages or forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages.
Returns: We have no question ask return policy at the time of pick up or 3-days/100 miles which ever comes first. Buyer should only register vehcile to his name once satisfied with the purchase. Buyer must contact us within 72hrs or 100 miles which ever comes first through eBay. Vehicle must not have more than 100 additional miles and must be in the same conditions as stated on the original bill of lading from the transportation companay or same conditon at the time of pick up. Vehicle and title must be shipped back to us within 7-days of its arrival. On all returns shipping and handling is 100% buyers responsibility. Buyer will receive full refund minus vehicle shipping charges and minus any damage accrued to vehicle while in the possession of the buyer or transportaion company. We are not authorize to reimburse for any transportaion, shipping, plane tickets or repairs.
Note: All obligations pursuant to this contact shall be performable in Onondaga County, NY and all obligation of purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Onondaga County NY. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceeding shall be Onondaga County, NY.
Fee and Tax Information: New York (NY) State residents pay 8% sales tax and registration/inspection fee according to the county buyer lives in. Out of New York State buyers register and pay applicable taxes in their own state. 30 days In-Trasit Permit is available for out of New York State customers for $25 who like to drive vehicle home.
