Up for auction is my 1979 Lincoln Mark V Cartier Collector Series. 400 V8 , C6 Automatic, 9 inch rear, and 4 wheel disc brakes. This car is equipped with all available options including the power glass moonroof, heated mirrors, and automatic headlights with dimmer. All options function as they should, including cold air conditioning. The frame is solid, floors are like new, there is a fresh tune-up, transmission service, oil change, and it runs and drives excellent. I have recently taken it on a 200 mile trip and had absolutely no issues and I got an amazing 10 mpg. Here is the bad. Drivers side fender needs some attention, can be fixed or replaced. Needs windshield Cassette player ejects tape after a few seconds of playing Body work has been started, but needs to be finished, and needs paint Keep in mind that this is a running and driving project car. I would feel confident driving it anywhere and you would be surprised how many looks it gets when I take it out. With a little bit of work and some paint it would make a decent weekend cruiser.
