I am selling this Jaguar metallic green 1951 Ford F1 Pickup because I lost my lower right leg two years ago. I have owned this truck since 2005 and it was restored in 1999. The truck has always been garaged and is in Anchorage, Alaska. I bought it in Utah and had it shipped to Alaska. If your birthday or some other significant date is1951 this would be a great collectible. This truck has been driven about 2500 miles since 1999 restoration to shows and cruise nights. It drives very nicely and turns heads. The engine is a 239CI 8BA flathead V8. The transmission is a stock Ford 3 speed, column shift, rebuilt summer 1999. Originally this was a 4 speed truck. It had new clutch in 1999 and rear end is stock. Drum brakes rebuilt at same time. The suspension is stock with leaf springs and gas shocks, the duel exhaust was new in 1999 and has chrome tips. The bed is beautifully stained and finished redwood with steel strips. The running boards are rhino. The dark green paint is 1979=83 Jaguar green metallic, The wheels are Cragar Smoothies with 15x7 front,15x8 rear. The tires,P195/65R15 front, Defender Modifier P255/70 R15 rear with only about 2500 miles and moon hub caps. I have extra paint, oil filter,1/2 head, turn signal kit which needs to be installed, has turn lights installed on front bumper, 8 spark plug wires, and original ford shop manual. It also comes with a full cover. The electrical system is converted to 12 volt. The interior is fully restored,windshield wipers are vacuum, it has a manual choke and manual throttle control, the blower and heater have been bypassed but can be hooked up.
