This is a 1985 Mazda Rx7 Original GSL-SE. It is in great shape for its age. I have completely cleaned and restored the interior to look as new as possible. I have also done the same to the engine compartment. This car is very reliable and runs great. The chassis has about 180,000 miles on it but the motor has about 58,000 miles. still very strong and clean. The body on the car is in good shape with only a few sports with surface rust. in some part the rust is due to the paint gearing off during the years of sun. I will post some photo so you can all see. I installed new shocks on the back along with poly bushings but have not had time to install the front shock and bushings, but I will be including those with the car since I already purchased them. I also purchased a new Beck Idler arm which I have not installed but will also be included with the car. For some one looking for a very clean GSLSE and would not mind spending the money to paint the car, you will not be disappointed with this car. I have also fixed the illumination key whole as well as the automatic antenna. car really just needs a new paint job and to fix a few dents. Tires: Kumho Solus and in great shape. almost like new. On Nov-29-14 at 09:43:51 PST, seller added the following information: Just a little history on yhe vehicle since a few people have been asking. I bought the car from my brother who lives in jacksonville fl. He knew i was looking for a gslse for a long time and found this one which was in great shape for restoring and just needed an engine. The car my brother purchased from an older man who had it for several years. He had the car in exe ellent shape. The older man gave the car to his nephew and unfotunately first the nephew hit a mail box which is how the door got dented under the mirror. Then he did not change the oil and killed the engine. The older man took the car back and sold it to my brother who put a engine with at the time 48000 miles on it. I purchased the car added the parts i wanted ti the engine. Completely cleaned the car inside out and restored the interior aswell as the engine and engine bay. I had Carlos Gonzalez from G &S racing (NHRA modified champion and record holder on a rotary) tune the car for me in Ocala fl. Hope this bit of info helps.
