1964 Porsche 356 C coupe VIN # 216692 was blue now is Gray. Interior is Tan vinyl. Engine is a 1600 Type 616/15 Number # 712415 Engine; is apart. It is type 616/15. It is apart and will need a full rebuild. Carbs are apart and need rebuilt. We do not know the history of the engine or why it was dissasembled. The last owner claimed it was the original engine but we do not have a COA. Mileage; The speedo/odometer shows 89,028 but the title is marked EXEMPT due to age. Chassis; The car has the correct disc brakes. The four wheels are matching date 11/63, the chrome is poor. The four tires are new and about 3 months old. The hub caps are the smooth "no crest" type. Body; The body has the usual rust. The floor has been repaired/patched some years ago. The driver side front fender has body filler but I think it was for dent repair, there is also some body filler in the passenger side rear quarter panel at the top of the wheel opening. Both front doors have the rust cut away at the bottom for repair. They will need repair panels. There is some rust at the edge of the engine lid. There is damage to the left rear roof post. Options; This car was well equipped with chrome wheels, Blaupunkt AM/FM, Chrome speaker grills, Fog/driving lights and a full Horn Ring. The original jack is in the trunk.
