I purchased this Mustang this summer with plans of course to keep it forever, but have run into another project. It's a pretty original unmolested little 2+2 1965 Mustang 200 6 Automatic. Unlike most barn finds most everything works as it should. Lights horn interior lights speedometer wipers. What doesn't work is the retro sound stero I just put in it lasted three days and the display quit showing, It should be under warranty I just didn't get to returning it. Also the heater wan't hooked up when I purchased it. Buy it now price will get the whole heating system which is in the trunk at the moment. Included is new heater core heater box heater fan defrost box and hoses heater hoses new heater face bezel and switches it set to convert to three speed fan. Driver side fresh air vent assembly. There is also misc other parts, emblems lenses door sill plates door handles a 66 cluster panel if you want more gages etc. If buy it now isn't used you will have a chance to purchase separately for 500 dollars after auction end. I kind of like the rat rod look myself if you are looking to restore it will need some new sheetmetal floorpans and rear rails fronts don't look to bad. Interior is clean and presentable but showing it's age. Tires are good, front end was gone through by previous owner, brakes are good master cylinder has a slight leak so that will need replacing. Rear end was flushed and filled with synthetic lube. Transmission shifts just like it should. under the hood I have replaced the radiator, put in a HEI ignition, sent the original Autolite carb in for a rebuild restore it looks just as new, replaced the exhaust manifold with a new one. It's not fast but it runs good and is dependable. Glass is all good. Exhaust is quiet but the muffler has some holes. The color is honey gold. So you have yourself a great place to start for a restore or mod or just drive it like it is and don't worry about it being a little dirty, it still gets plenty of looks. Once again all parts listed and some that probably are not will come with for buy it now price, If you win by bidding you can purchase separately for 500 dollars if you wish.
