Up for sale is a 1947 International rat rod NO RESERVE with the title in hand. The cab has been chopped 5 inches and floor has all new 1 inch square tubing braces and sheet metal floor. Has a ford bed that's been narrowed to fit between the tires and shortened to 4 feet. The frame is all custom and built out of 2x3 square tubing from front to back to allow the frame to rest on the ground when the air is let out of the bags on all four corners. The suspension up front is two slam bags that sit on a bar attached across the wishbones and uses a panhard bar to keep it in center. In the back it has two slam bags also with a universal triangulated 4-link kit from thorbecke brothers. It has 8 SMC valves for raising and lowering each corner, an eight gallon tank, and a viar 380 compressor. It rides great even when running 75-80mph down the interstate. Up front it also has a Speedway disc brake conversion kit to help it stop. The motor is a 350 chevy with a .508 comp solid lift dirt track cam that sounds very good, double hump heads with new valve springs, new comp push rods, and new roller tip rockers along with a edelbrock intake and holley carburetor. The rest of the drive train is a rebuilt turbo 350 transmission, new steel driveshaft, and a s10 rearend with 240 gears for driving on the interstate to car shows. I have a little short video of it running that I can send if anyone wants to hear it. I tried getting all the picture I could of stuff that I thought people would ask about, but if someone wants to see a picture of something else let me know and I will try to take one for you. The picture of the truck lifted up fully is at full suspension travel as everyone asks me how high it can raise up. If your looking for an attention getter this is a great one. People swarm it and ask all kinds of questions when I take it to cruise ins and car shows its just time to start the next project.
