I have for sale a 02 GMC crew cab 4wd short bed 6.6 duramax diesel allison automatic pickup. BAD ENGINE! Needs motor work or replaced! I purchased this truck in a Inop sale. When I got the truck home I put a battery in it and it turned over real fast and would not start. I then took it to my mechanic and had him check it out? He took the two drivers side rear glow plugs out to check compression and they were both low(200 instead of 300lbs), so we stopped at that point. He said that most likely someone shot it with starting fluid and it probably bent some valves which is very likely in the duramax's. The truck is pewter in color with gray cloth interior. The body is in good condition other than some minor damage to the lower left front bedside and cab corner and there is very minor rust starting on the rocker panels(pics). The intake air box and tube are missing as well. The interior is very clean but the radio is missing and the drivers door panel is off and it appears that the window regulator is bad. It has power windows, locks, cruise, air, etc. The tires are not very good and are mounted on a set of 16 inch factory chrome wheels, but missing all four center caps. The bed has a gooseneck hitch, but is missing the ball. The truck has 238K miles on it. The truck would make a great cummins diesel swap! Buyer is Responsible for any and all shipping arrangements, although I will assist in loading your trailer or a transporter. Please do not bid if you do not intend on paying and completing the entire deal. Since I am a licensed dealer Indiana residence will be responsible for 7% IN sales tax and as of July 1, 2014 all other states will be responsible for your own states sales tax.
