This is a European Alfa Romeo GTV. This car is a great candidate for restoration as these GTV's have greatly increased in value over the last few years. There are fewer and fewer of these inexpensive projects. This is a rarely seen here in the states European model. The speedometer is in kilometers and it has the Dellorto 40 dual carbs. It is complete and it also comes with an extra GTV engine and transmission, and other parts. It has sat for a number of years and will need some rust repair and restoration. I don't see any evidence of accident damage but this car has typical Alfa Romeo GTV rust. Floorpans, passenger rocker, trunk pan, etc all need work. The rear window is there but no installed.
