HISTORY: I bought the car from a old mans wife the in the next town over. He got very sick and sold the car. He had owned the car for many years, I have the California registration to show when he moved from Ft Mojave, Arizona in 1989 and registered the car in California. He then moved to my home town of Decatur, Tennessee and brought the car here in 1993. He was too sick to talk, but his wife said they loved the green hills of Tennessee so it became home. PLEASE HERE THIS: This is a good running 1931 car, I think the body is very good, its not detailed on underside, but it has no rusty hole and its not covered up with under coating, the interior is decent, the paint is very weak, the paint is old with lots of nicks and little scratches. The chrome bumpers are painted with pits, the grill shell is good, the glass is good, the lights work, the tires are not dry rotted, but the right rear is worn. The steering and brakes feel good to me. The top is good, but could use some cleaning. The electrical has been converted to 12 volt with a alternator (this is a real good thing). If you want a fun driver this could be it, if you want a perfect show car, "this is not it". It is a all steel car! This is not a new 100% resored Model A, it is not price like one.
