Vehicle Detail
This is an original 1973 Mercedes "Barn Find". I bought it with the plan to restore it, I have other projects taking priority and would like to pass it on to someone else. I drove it daily for about a couple of months after I bought it until the master cylinder went out. The motor runs strong and I didn't notice it burning any oil. While looking for a replacement master cylinder the alternator and battery went out. I found the master cylinder and alternator on www.autohausAZ.com when I found them it was about $170.00 and $90.00, the mechanic told me it would take about an hour to install both. This car is in really good condition for a 41 year old. It does have some small dings and dents but nothing major, it has so much potential. Still has the original interior I was told, it's in pretty good shape just a couple of small issues. I recently found one on here similar sell for $10K, it had better paint and tan interior but that just shows the potential of this car. I listed it a couple of months ago and the winner of my auction never paid so I'm giving you all another shot at it. Please email me with any questions, thanks for looking at my listing. On Oct-27-14 at 19:53:58 PDT, seller added the following information: This is an original 1973 Mercedes "Barn Find".
