1930 ford Model A Pickup, starts runs and drives but is hardly used, truck has been in the family for the last 30 years. Always garage kept, new battery, engine was freshened about 5 years ago, new rings, hone and valve job. Carb was rebuilt, tank& lines cleaned out, and all new tune up parts. Truck gets run every couple of weeks during nicer weather. Starts and runs as it should, everything functions as it should. Trans shifts through all gears, clutch works properly, generator charges (6 volt + ground system), starter engages, brakes work, all brake linkage is in great condition. Exaust system is in new condition. All lights and wiring is original and functions as it should. All in All a very solid truck all the way around, some small scratches and chips in the paint but overall to be expected for its age, I do believe the paintjob to be at least 40 years old...still shines and shows well. Chassis is solid with no evidence of any past damage and suspension looks to be completely original with no apparent play or slop in the steering or king pins. My father-inlaw was a machinist for P&G and really enjoyed taking it to shows and driving it around...He stayed on top of anything it may have needed, I took over about 8 years ago after he passed away. Extra tires 19/550 I think I have at least 3, along with a bunch of literature , spare exaust system that I think is new, and a bunch of small parts.
