Up for sale is my 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM. This car was born a Trans AM with the Pontiac 400 engine, AC, three speed auto, rear defrost that still works. Power windows, cloth deluxe interior. Obviously much has changed over the years. Car was painted over 15 years ago, factory color was white. The body is super straight, 1 small rust spot on passenger door the size of a quarter. The drivers side quarter has a little rust spot. The car has a few dings very minor, the worst on passenger side quarter panel. The paint in is checking on the roof, not a show car! The underside looks really clean! No rust under the back bumper at all. The frame and floors are rust free. The trunk is very clean. Alittle history about car. The owner Bought new in 1977, the son made into pro street car in 1987. I bought the car after he ran out of $ building her. I went back to factory look down to rims and tires and much much more!! Only thing not done were front seats and shifter, wanted to install dual shift gate. Has battery shut off still in rear of car, new taillight comes with car if you want to change. The lights all work perfect. Comes with factory radio and 2 knob radio thats is new. Factory mats and i have most of the manuals. The 383 engine runs like a charm and is very fast! Just had tune-up done and oil service. She runs at 160-170 temp max all day with just the flex fan, car comes with a electric fan i never installed did not need it. Also comes with some other parts that i have. The transmission is a turbo 400 3 speed that shifts perfect Selling the car at a very low reserve! Have to many toys and a few have to go! As you can see from the pictures there is a wiper motor that is included. It is very easy if you would like to install the windshield wipers again. Just a reminder, passenger window is power and driver's is manual. It was switched for racing purposes, but can easily be installed back to power. Also, this car is a monster and is very loud. You will feel like you are on a rollercoaster. It has twice the horsepower than your average trans am and tons of torque. If you would like to wake your neighbors, then this is the car for you.
