Up for sale is a 1998 Honda Accord EX. This is a 4cyl vehicle with automatic transmission.I've had all the regular maintenance done at the local Sears auto-center and have all maintenance documents.Inspection is good till 06/2016.The car is clean from inside but has a couple of color stains on the rear seat from long before.Tires are in very good condition with a lot of tread left in them.As you can see in the pictures, the car paint has peeled from the roof, the trunk and the hood- a typical problem in Accords from that era. The paint from the sides is still intact.The car also had rain deflectors installed on all 4 doors. The A/C turns on and off but there is not enough cooling. Again, I haven't been able to do that due to lack of enough time.Note: I had this car inspected at the Sears auto center and at AAMCO in Jersey City (advanced 62 point inspection) for signs of any trouble or if it needed major repairs.I've received good feedback from both shops as they did not find anything wrong with this car. EDIT: I got a CEL code P0780 a few days ago. Related to the transmission. The shop recommended doing a transmission fluid refill a few times (not flush). The car still drives and shifts normally, like it did before.
