For sale is a 1985 RX-7 GSL-SE in very good shape. I am the second owner. It has the 13B fuel injected engine. It starts. runs and drives excellently. The body has no rust and no big dents and the paint is in good shape but the paint has a few scratches and has rock chips in the front. The interior is in excellent shape. Everything except the original power antenna work. The antenna does not go all the way down. It needs a new cable. AC works and blows cold. Cruise control and the original radio work fine. The engine does not leak oil. Transmission shifts fine. No cracks in the dash. The car comes with the power steering option and the power steering works excellent. Tires are in good shape. Included is a glass moonroof and storage pouch. One interesting feature of this car that makes it unique is the color. The color is what Mazda calls Royal Marron Metallic (3A). This color was not offered from the factory on the 1985 RX-7. It was offered starting on the 1986 model year RX-7. This car was shot at the factory with the 1986 color even though it is a 1985. The original owner said it was a very late production run build. Very unique and one of a kind. Also included are some misc parts (Water pump, Passenger side glass and window assembly, etc)and manuals.On Oct-12-14 at 17:16:04 PDT, seller added the following information: There has been some questions about the paint color on this car. To clear this up the paint code on the cowl of the car is stamped 3A which is "Royal Marron Metallic Clearcoat" which matches the red color offered for 1986 RX7. The 1985 RX7 red color offered was Sunrise Red which is paint code RH. You can do a google search on 1985 RX7 paint codes to verify what color was offered that year..
