Virtually rust free Arizona car with original paint. Chrome and all bright work in great shape. Tilt away steering. 390 4-V four barrel / C6. Car and runs and drives like a dream. Paint is thin in a few areas with some surface rust on chipped areas (cleans off with compound) but no bubbling or rusted areas of any kind. There is some light damage on passenger side rear quarter panel and rocker. You should be able to easily fix these areas or you can replace the quarter and rocker panel - I found a new lower quarter panel and rocker for $200 (see links below). It does needs the drivers seats recovered and OE style covers are available from Larry's Thunderbirds. I do have the fender skits and they are in the trunk as are the spare and original jack. The oil pan gasket has a small leak, and the transmission output shaft seeps a few drops of fluid a day. Power steering pump growls occasionally, but that is an inexpensive part. Otherwise car starts right up, trans shifts smooth and floats down the highway. I have never buffed the car so paint is kind of dull but I tested a spot and it shines right up with little effort. Pictures were taken today, just washed and vacuumed, not buffed or detailed. Email with any questions. Please ask any questions before bidding and you are welcome to come out and inspect the car!
