Vehicle Detail

This is a 1972 Bronco with a 302 V8 and three speed on the tree. It was owned by one old guy and then another old guy and driven to work daily until about 2004 and never cut up or taken off road. You can see the old rims and seats are in very good condition. All of the gauges work, the radio, lights and locks. There are two gas tanks and they both work. The four wheel drive works. The tailgate and the kick panels are rusty. There isn't the rust around the window like most have. The rockers are in good shape and the bottom of the doors are pretty good. The wheel wells are in good shape and have never been cut. It looks like the top has never been off. It is currently licensed and insured. I drove it back from New Jersey to Connecticut and it got it up to 80 mph and it had more to go. It is very quick in the low end and a serious head turner. It has been in a garage for the most part for the last 8 years with a monthly drive around the block to keep it exercised. The clutch was redone a few years ago with only a few hundred miles on it and the engine was completely redone 7 or 8 years ago. The drum brakes have less than 1,000 miles on them. It has all of the old manuals, owners guide, bill of sale, etc. with it. The racks are off now. This a very rare original color. The truck is very cool. I bought it as a daily driver and I realized that I want one that has the lift, big tires, roll bars and other tweaks and was talked out of converting it. I thought it would be a good idea to start with one of these so I would no that no one modifications incorrectly but was convinced that these are rare and people can't find them and I would be ruining value. So I am listing it to buy a mud truck that I will probably only drive on the beach.
