Up for bid is a 1966 triumph TR6 650 motorcycle. Very Original condition. Frame # TR6R DU 65006. Engine # TR6SR DU 28896. 12,170 miles. It was 2 owner bike. Has not ran since the early 1980s. Does not currently run. Motor has lots of compression. Inside of the tank does show some light rust. Looks to have fallen over at one point of its life and broke the front glass and rashed the headlight rim, and choke knob. The front bucket is straight. Does not look to be a high speed fall. Looks to be mostly there except for the tail light plastic, and the plastic knob on the side cover. The clutch cable does not look original, and some of the bolts holding the clutch cover are missing. Looks like the clutch cable broke at one point, and someone didn't put the right cable on it, and did not finish putting the bolts in. No broken fins on the head. Only other damage i can see is looks to have thrown a chain and put a whole in the top of the case (see picture). Overall would make a nice vintage rider with a bit of tlc or mild restore. Clear title (title says 1965) frame number matches the title. You receive what is pictured. Please see pictures carefully before bidding. Sold as is. Email with questions before bidding.
