I am listing this car for a friend of mine, who is the second owner. She has owned it since 2010 and is only parting with it because her company gave her a brand new Audi. We have the clear California title in-hand. The car is in very good working condition, with only 74,500 original miles. It has been very well maintained over the years. Three new tires were installed less than 500 miles ago. We have service receipts over the last 10 years, including those from the previous owner. Oil changes and other basic maintenance has been performed at regular intervals by a certified facility. The engine sounds and runs exactly as it should. The 5 speed automatic transmission shifts smoothly. There are no engine leaks or abnormal sounds from the engine or transmission. The brakes are firm. The suspension and shocks seem in good condition. Both rear shocks were replaced about two years ago. There are no known mechanical issues. The interior has normal wear, but nothing more. The leather is in good condition throughout, for its 10 year of age. There are no rips or tears and the driver’s seat is in better than average condition for its age. The body is straight with no dents. There is one door ding (seen in an image) and there is bumper wear on the front and rear, which is also noted in the attached images. The convertible top is in very good condition. It seals tight and there are no leaks. There is no discoloration and the seams are solid. The convertible motor works perfectly in both directions. All interior functions are known to be working properly, including the air conditioning. The wheels are average. There is some curb rubs on the rims but nothing too bad (see images). Two working FOB keys come with the car. At the presale mechanical check-up, the mechanic noted that the ‘dummy light’ indicator depicting both a burned out rear taillight and low oil are both the result of faulty sensors in the respective locales, not actual mechanical issues. These sensors will not be replaced prior to sale and are the responsibility of the new owner. There is a bit of delamination around the gear shifter. The plastic around the selector looks worn – like it had an averse to sunlight or something. There is a very small ding in the windshield, again, noted in the images. It’s a solid, well maintained car, with below average mileage. It has been lightly used its entire life – still plenty of life left. The balance will be paid upon pick-up of the car or before. We can facilitate the shipping of the vehicle – meaning we’ll work with your shipping company in coordinating vehicle pick up or drop off, but it’ll be your responsibility to arrange for the shipping.
