Up for sale is a 1983 Honda Silverwing GL 650SI. I aquired this from the origanal owner with the intentions to restore and ride, but have no time. I had two new Dunlop D404 tires installed, new battery, airfilter, spark plugs and 5 quarts of oil and filter... not in yet. This Motorcycle is rough, was ridden alot and parked outside during the warmer months, so it shows age. the owner had built a garage and it was later kept stored indoors and not used since then.This does not start, not sure if it is the starter motor, starter relay or fuse... I have not had the time to test any of the electrical parts. The radio will go on when ignition is turned on though. I had removed the rear seat and mice had chewed wires leading to the rear directionals and taillight. Plastic is faded and some cracks around. Left exhaust silencer has hole near connection to headpippe.This would make a good project to restore back to original or build a custom out of it or great for parts. Being sold as is.
