Bike sat for 20 years after it had been in a barn that was hit by a tornado, so the story goes....All numbers match engine,frame neck,neck badge and clear Iowa title.Miles looks like the speedo would be 30000 tough to make out..  I cleaned the bike up, stuck the parts back on that were with it and that's the way she sits. She is in tough condition pictures look good but shes a total tear down/ restore or part it out which I chose not to do because of the matching #'s and paperwork.Someone will fix this girl...  To start with the engine is stuck (again motor does not turn over),I have added penetrating oil and tried to work her free on the lift,she does not move. I have not removed the heads, as then I will want to get deeper and I'm not doing it.Both heads have had the exhaust flanges compromised,see pictures, yes, they welded a square flange to both of them, nicely done but ...yikes ...Right side head fins and valve cover are broke,cylinder fins all look good.Left side fins are good on the head and cylinder. Carbs are Bing 1/24/95 and 1/24/96.Transmission seems to shift,kick starter arm is not broke,I noticed the set screw that hold the speedo cable in is broke off, this is on the trans rear cover plate ,could easily be fixed and is not part of the case. Final drive is a 32/11 ratio, spins good no obvious noises from rearend ,drive shaft or transmission when pushed in neutral. Front rim is steel chrome with a 3.50 x 18 tire on it . Rear is a, I believe the referred to as a low lip aluminium with a 100/90-18 tire on it .All tin work in my opinion is shit. Front headlight,speedo,handlebars and ears are destroyed.Controls still intact, Seat used...I'm sure I have missed something if you have read this far you should know what you are buying...
