Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle. Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $58.25 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and determined that California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test be made. IT IS A ONE OWNER VEHICLE. THIS SEBRING RUNS AND DRIVES VERY WELL. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS WELL. THE EXTERIOR IS IN OVERALL GOOD SHAPE, BUT IT DOES HAVE SOME SCRATCHES OR SMALL DENTS ON THE RIGHT SIDE FRONT FENDER AND HOOD, (SEE PICS) . THE REAR BUMPER ALSO HAS SOME SCRATCHES. IT ISN'T A HUGE DEAL. THE INTERIOR IS IN GOOD SHAPE, WITH NORMAL WEAR ON THE DRIVERS SEAT. (SEE PICS) THE A/C BLOWS ICE COLD, AND ALL THE POWER WINDOWS AND DOOR LOCKS WORK, EXCEPT THE LEFT REAR SMALL WINDOW SOMETIMES GETS STUCK. THE RADIO TURNS ON, BUT NO SOUND COMES OUT OF IT. THE TOP HAD A HOLE IN IT AND HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A BRAND NEW CONVERTIBLE TOP. THE BRAKES ARE FINE AND THE FRONT 2 TIRES ARE BRAND NEW. THE REAR TIRES ARE 50% LIFE ON THEM. THE CAR HAS BEEN SMOGGED AND ITS READY TO BE ENJOYED. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. The deposit is a non refundable. A deposit must be made within 24-48 hours of winning bid. Deposit can be made using Paypal online. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up if you are local. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Delivery of your purchased vehicle: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $25 per day will be assessed on the purchase. If you are making transport arrangements with Cars 2 Charities, you will not be assessed a storage fee. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle.
