1986 Honda Interceptor

This is an excellant condition great running bike with 20,088 miles. I own a motorcyle repair shop/dealership and about 3 months ago a guy brought this bike in needing the carbs cleaned, he had let it sit all winter and it would only run with the choke on, I liked the looks of it and was impressed by how nice it was for its age so I ended up buying it from him. I cleaned the carbs, installed new plugs, changed the oil and filter, and put in new gas and now it runs great, a little cold natured for the first mile or so (like so many old carb bikes are) but then it runs perfect. I've ridden it about 100 miles since I purchased it and have had zero problems. The person I got it from said he bought it from a Factory Honda Technician 3-4 years ago. The bike has new tires, chain, air filter, brake pads, and grips, all of these items were replaced by the Honda Tech before I got ahold of it. The bike is SUPER clean for being 29 years old, I have owned my motorcycle shop for 15 years and have never seen a mid 80's model bike this clean, that being said it does have a few scuffs/scratches here and there but it is as close to perfect as you will find for a bike this old. This is a California model and it has all the original emission systems hooked up. I also am including a Factory Honda service manual with the bike. I have a clean and clear Ohio title, purchasers from Ohio, Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, or Washington must pay 7.25% sales tax on winning bid amount.
