Up for auction is a VERY solid 1955 Oldsmobile Super 88, it is a very solid California car but does have some rust, in the usual spots on the lower fenders, some rust below the rear window, couple spots on the hood, and some bubbles on the lower doors, otherwise the floors do not have any holes, trunk and lid are solid, and the quarters look good. This car came with a power seat originally but has magically disappeared. Doors shut good and all the windows roll up and down. It has power steering and power brakes, the brakes need some TLC but have all been replaced. The motor runs great with good oil pressure and has been rebuilt a while ago, and I think the transmission also has been gone through, not sure though. The paint on the car looks original apart from the front clip, the whole car has excellent Patina! The car has a clean MN title, but it is not in my possession yet, waiting to get back from the state, should be any day.
