Vehicle Detail

Description: I bought this van a few months ago with the intent on using it for a work/camping van, but have since decided that it's too nice to ruin carrying around loads of greasy machinery... so here it is. As far as I know, I am the third owner of this vehicle. The previous owners were an elderly couple that got rid of this van in favor of giant mobile home/camper. As you can see from the photos, the body is in great overall condition, but it does have a small dent in one of the rear doors, and another small dent in the rear bumper. There is a crack in the windshield that has been professionally filled and isn't that noticeable. Before I bought it, I took it over to the local Ford dealership to have it checked out. They told me that just about everything was in great condition, but suggested getting a new battery sometime in the not too distant future, and noted that there was a small leak of power steering fluid, BUT that all of the fluid levels were fine. Now I have to interject and say that I do not know very much about auto mechanics, so that if there is anything that you'd like me to look at or shoot a photo of, I would be more than happy to do so. A month after I purchased it, I had the shop top off the freon and check all of the fluid levels again. The results were the same. So the mechanic and I agreed that it wasn't necessary to fix a leak that was so insignificant at that time. Once again, if you buy this vehicle from me, it may be something that you want to fix in the future. The tires are in excellent condition and show almost no wear, and there is a spare mounted under the rear. There is very little rust under the vehicle. The interior is pretty nice. It has gray leather seats, plush gray carpet, oak trim, curtains, blinds, a cd and cassette player, a tv, a vcr, several storage compartments, removable bucket seats, and a rear bench seat that folds down into a bed. Both the tv and vcr turn on, but I don't have any video tapes to actually try out. There's also a rear stereo/cd player that doesn't seem to work, but the main stereo up front works well with both cd's and cassettes. There's a small metal port hole mounted into the floor in between the front and middle seat rows that I can't quite figure out the purpose of. Maybe a table used to sit in it or something like that. There's also a mount in the very back for a small vacuum cleaner that is missing. The vehicle also has a tow package, and remote entry. Oh, and the sound system is REALLY nice! Overall the vehicle is in great condition and I haven't had any issues with it over the 2,000 miles I've driven in it. I'd like to sell this thing, and am willing to accept any reasonable offer. Please do not bid on this van unless you actually want and are willing to pay for it.
