Here is a true barn find. This car literally sitting in a Pa barn for the last 7 years. Originally from Ca , the car made it's way to the East Coast in 2007. The previous owner never raced the car. At the time of purchase, it was up to date for current vintage racing standards. The engine was recently (last month) freshened up to the original specs that RPM Engine and Machine built it to. I have a 3" stack of paperwork from the lifetime of upgrades and updates. Here is the listing when he bought the car:: The exterior is Wimbledon White with Blue Le Mans Stripes, and the interior is black racing seat and standard black vinyl seat. The engine is a 289 / 302 cubic inch V8, with a Ford toploader transmission. The brakes are front ventilated discs with four piston calipers; rear ventilated drums. The suspension is front independent suspension with coil over shocks; rear live axle, and the wheels are 15x7 inch. Fitted with a full roll cage, fiberglass fenders and hood, R model type plexi glass rear window, full ARP hardware, gear reduction starter, Centerforce racing clutch, steel flywheel, studded cylinder head, MSD ignition and a full fire system. This car is very well prepared for vintage racing and has been very competitive for several years in HSR West. The engine is fresh and the previous owner spent over $100,000 preparing this car for competition. Although fully set-up for racing, this car is also comfortable to drive on the street and is road-legal.
