Okay true garage find. This was my neighbors car that he had restored about 20 years ago. This was the 251st 67 fastback made. I will tell you everything I was told, its started as a 67 mustang gt c code car, the original 289 engine was replaced with a 72 351 cleveland cobrajet engine all rebuilt, holly carb,dual point,accel coil and many more engine parts which runs great. it also features a 4spd toploader transmission, clutch was also replaced and the rear is a 9 inch posi that was also all rebuilt.The car has double dual exaust, shackles and springs, disc brakes all around, stainless brake line all done also. GT carbon fiber steering wheel, sun tach, hurst shifter, gt500 style trunk, hood,and side pieces, eleanor look but way before the movie. floor pans were changed not perfect, but very little rust on the car as far as mustangs go. The son hit the car in the front corner before it was parked in the garage so it needs front right fender,grill, bumper the cheap parts, there are tons of parts that go with the car , new sill plates, door panels in the box trunk is packed, and inside the car are extra stainless brake lines and headlights and grill pieces, I have not gone through everything because I do not want to be tempted to start restoring it, I dont have the room or the time ,but for some one that wants to do some bodywork you have a really great start. I was told there was over many thousands of dollars in the engine alone. The drivers fender in the picture is not really on that well is why it looks like that.
