Exterior is in good condition. Sidewalls are clean and decals do have some fade/cracking from the sun. Obviously, with a used coach, you can expect some small nicks, and scratches (some around front cab area). Roof is in good, no sign of any current leaks (some old ceiling stains). Tires have good tread, and are showing signs of weathering. Glass is in good condition all around, no cracks in the windshield. Onan 4.0 generator runs great, with only 440 hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Interior is also in good condition, with some wear typical of a coach this age. Living area has booth dinette and a chair. RV sleeps 6 in total (overhead cab, booth dinette, and rear corner bed). In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 Burner Stove-Top, Oven, , Hot Water Tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private area for the toilet, shower, and vanity. At the rear corner of the coach, is the bed, with storage. The entire unit has screens, and blinds.
