Selling my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Classic LT3 crew cab long bed 4WD with LBZ Duramax 6.6L diesel engine. Mileage is 112,000; this truck is in excellent condition, loaded with options, and upgraded significantly for towing either fifth-wheel or gooseneck trailers. The LBZ is widely considered the best of the Duramax engines, coming just before significant emission controls were added. Non-smoking owners (current and previous). I am the third owner; the previous owner was a professional diesel mechanic who maintained it very well and made substantial performance improvements. He used Mobil 1 oil, and I've used Amsoil exclusively. All fluids and filters were changed 24 months ago at 90K miles, including radiator & cooling system flush, brake system power flush, and power steering flush. Last oil change was at 108,600 miles and included oil filter, fuel filters, and water separator cartridge. Factory options include leather heated seats, power towing mirrors, power sunroof, DVD entertainment package with rear-seat screen and console, 6-disc CD changer, Bose speakers, polished aluminum rims. The paint is in excellent condition with just a few light scratches on fenders, doors, and tailgate, and minor dents in the middle of the roof, all of which can be seen in the linked set of photos. The Viair onboard air system powers the exhaust brake and the air lift bags, while also providing a handy source for airing up your truck and trailer tires. With a minimum pressure setting of 175 PSI (compressor cycles to keep tank between 175 and 210 PSI), there is plenty of pressure for even G or H rated tires. The exhaust brake works by closing a throttle plate after the turbocharger during deceleration, which is much more effective than the stock VGT which closes the turbo vanes to a certain extent when in Tow/Haul mode and decelerating. With the PacBrake exhaust brake you can descend long grades without using your service brakes, which can be a lifesaver when towing a heavy trailer.
