I apologize for the necessity of this, but I just had a "newbie" win this truck ~ turns out he was a little boy & he giggled like a school girl when I called to make arrangementst to pick the truck up ~ so here I am re-listing it. Custom 1988 Chevy s10 with professionally installed 350 Chevy Motor & Transmission. Custom exhaust & new gas tank (profesionally installed!). Extended cab. We believe all that's needed to complete restoration is paint & interior, but interior is in good shape. No odometer, but estimate 100,000 miles on body. Unknown miles on engine, but it is very tight. Tires are in good shape. Jump seats. No radio. Mechanics info provided to buyer ~ (mechanic is a professional with years of experience at the same shop, not a backyard mechanic!) Clean & clear title. Tool box in bed not included. I have moved out of state, (I'm in Colorado) & truck is parked at a trusted friends home, (in Henderson, North Carolina). This truck moves FAST I'm told it HAULS BUTT! :) ~ 0 to 60 in 3.2 seconds (it's been timed)! It has not given me problems. It has not been driven since our move in April; during a weekly phone call, I was told there seems to be a transmission leak. I can't check this out for myself, & my friends aren't mechanics, so I'm not sure what leak is. This truck likes to be warmed up before driving, turn it on, let it run a few minutes, & down the road you go! This truck is ready for the track ~ or for show ~ or ?! I am apparently not conveying great this truck is; there was quite a bit of money put into it; for personal reasons, we must sell it. Keys are with truck.
