have a 1999 Dodge Neon for sale. It has new head gasket, head bolts, timing, alternator and starter. Little to NO RUST (We have noticed absolutely none but it is possible there may be some insignificant amount that we haven't noticed). !The bad is it needs rear main seal, rear struts, and rear tire as pictured. It is inspected until September 2014. It has ice cold ac. fair interior/exterior. You can drive it but do need to add oil frequently. MILEAGE IS EXEMPT PER PA LAW. THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REPLACED DUE TO FAILURE . THE CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS WHERE IS NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND 200.
