Fantastic car that's been part of our family for 25 years. Maintained as a collector car. Cream white with red interior. Excellent body condition and runs well. Just over 84k miles. Serviced through British Car mechanics with recent new tires, brakes, and tune-up. On Aug-16-14 at 14:24:16 PDT, seller added the following information: Responding to a number of questions: Vehicle was owned by my 80 year old father in law who is an avid collector of vintage autos. He is meticulous in caring for all of his vehicles and expected the same as he transferred ownership to my wife several years ago. We are reluctantly selling the Sprite as we need garage space for two new teenage drivers vehicles...regrettable, perhaps. Mileage is 83K. No major repairs have been required. Most recent services performed by British Sports Werks included at 82.5k were overall inspection, oil change, tune up, new tires, replaced rear axle seals , brake shoes, steering rack boots, fuel pump. At 83k we replaced brake components. The car runs fantastic, accelerates and transitions gears well, handles well even at 65 mph with no steering issues. First gear is synchronized. Cream white paint is not original paint, the only paint issues would be a slight blemish on hood RHS of photo as well as some nicks around snaps for tonneau cover. The words "last open road" are only a decal so removable. No collisions on vehicle, body is sound. New photos to include tonneau cover, underside, front wheel wells provided. Title is clear. Summary, just a great car all around, appearance as well as operating and performance.
