This bike is in incredible condition. It's a 1984 model with only 4,609 miles on it. It belonged to a retired gentleman who had a mild stroke and decided he shouldn't ride any more. He kept it stored well, inside with the tank and carbs drained. I received it with new Michelin tires and a new Interstate battery. The only things that needed to be done besides a good cleaning and polishing were replacement of the fork oil and dust seals and cleaning of the carbs. While I had the forks apart I decided to remove the yellowed clearcoat from the fork sliders and fork brace and polish them out. It looks great and removed the only area that showed it's age on the bike. This bike is liquid cooled and shaft drive so it is very smooth on the road. It is very fast also. It has a touched up chip on the tank and a small ding on top of the tank also, neither of which stand out enough diminish the otherwise pristine look of the bike. There are some small pinholes on the rear part of the seat from what looks like cat claws. This bike is big, smooth, fast and comfortable. The only thing it needs is the right side swing arm pivot cover. If I find one before this bike sells, I will put it on the bike. Thanks! And good luck! Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
