Cars2Charities will provide you with all the DMV paperwork that you will need in order to register the vehicle. Cars2Charities will provide all California buyers with either a Smog Certificate at the cost of $58.25 (paid by the buyer) or a "certificate of non-compliance". Smog test will be done after vehicle is sold and determined that California buyer has purchased the vehicle. Please call after you purchase the vehicle to request the smog test be made. Starts up everytime and no smoke on start up. The transmission shifts very smooth. All the power windows and door locks work. The A/c is cold and it does have REAR A/C. The paint is in good shape overall, but it does have a few smaller scratches and dents. The tires are near NEW and the brakes are in great shape. The vehicle has been smogged and it has Passed, all California buyers will receive a Smog Cert at the cost of $58.25. DMV fees, registration fees, transfer fees, late penalties and smog fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Payment and Fees: Each vehicle will be charged a $150 buyer fee on top of the winning bid. The deposit is a non refundable. A deposit must be made within 24-48 hours of winning bid. Deposit can be made using Paypal online. The balance of the winning bid and buyer fee will be paid at the time of pick up if you are local. All payments except the deposit will need to be certified funds only. This is: Cash, Cashiers check or money order. Delivery of your purchased vehicle: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of your winning bid. If vehicle is not paid and picked up, a storage fee of $25 per day will be assessed on the purchase. If you are making transport arrangements with Cars 2 Charities, you will not be assessed a storage fee. Please call to make arrangements if you are having difficulty picking up the vehicle.
