Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE For sale is my 1971 Honda SL350 model k2. This bike was my daily driver for over 4 years, and has brought a lot of smiles. The SL350 is much less common than its brothers, the CL350 & CB350, and the k2 SL model is additionally special. It is kick start only, with Keihin slide carburetors (which I have just ultrasonically cleaned, and tuned). The bike runs very well, new plugs and a brand new battery, and in all the years I’ve owned this bike it has always been very easy to start, even in the cold! The tires are good, valves recently adjusted, steering head bearings checked and re-greased, new fork oil and fork seals installed. Rear suspension is new old stock Mulholland, it feels great! The high pipes look and sound very good, I just installed new baffles in the mufflers to quite it down a bit—it used to be a screamer, now its still loud, but sounds really good! There’s a lot of good about this bike, but here are its few rough parts. Obviously there is a dent in the tank. There is no speedo cable, the rear turn signals don’t work, and the headlight only works on the high setting. I’ve never really been concerned about these things, I’ve always been more worried about how the bike ran and felt. One of the beautiful things about this bike is that it has endless possibilities, on a reliable vintage engine and chassis. It wants to be ridden, title in hand—so lets talk about it!
