1964 Ford Galaxie 500, two owner Texas car, this car is straight with zero rust and all original solid body panels and floors. I bought this car as an unfinished project and now it's done. I am not sure if it's a 427 or 390, it's badged as a 427 , but it really pulls. You name it it's first class and new on this car,rebuilt engine and transmission, here are a few things:new SSBC power all four wheel disc brakes, new coustom built alluminum radiator and fan shroud with electric fan, new 2.5" exhaust with Flowmasters, new American Racing Torq Thrsust wheels and BFG tires, all new Coustom dash and Auto Meter electrionic gauges,tach and speedo, new gas tank, newly triple plated rechcromed original bumpers, new window tint, everyting in the engine compartment is new, new seat covers and carpet and the list goes on. The cars runs and drives great. call 713-553-7744On Aug-06-14 at 08:56:41 PDT, seller added the following information: Both the head casting numders C4AE and the block casting number C4AE decode as a 1964 - 427 top oiler motor. That's all I can go by without tearing the engine down and physically measuring the bore and stroke demensions. I'm not an expert just going by what I have decoded and the info on these big block Fords and no it's not a side oiler. Thanks
