Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a practically new 2013 Honda Foreman 500 Fuel Injection (EFI), Electric Shift (ES), 4x4 Utility ATV. The Foreman line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500 class, liquid-cooled, four stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This machine is the 5th generation Foreman loaded with newer features. It features liquid-cooling, revised suspension, Electronic Fuel Injection, and redesigned body panels. While it is not the newest 6th generation (2014-2015), it is without a doubt our most favorite body style Foreman that Honda has made. Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) is one of the newest additions to the Foreman line of ATVs and it's a game changer! We have loved the smaller Rancher 420 for years because of the fuel injection, and now the redesigned Foreman has it. EFI makes hard cold starts a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just push the start button, put it in gear, and you're gone. This Foreman is the Electric Shift (ES) version. The electric shift is a great option because it is very easy to use, but doesn't have belts to ever slip or break. All you have to do is push a button to select the gear you want to be in. This allows the ultimate control of a foot shift with the ease of just having to push a button. These late model Foreman models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by moving a lever. Of course digital instrumentation, racks, and a place to mount a trailer ball are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on and ride every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition.This machine also has a winch with a snow plow! The plow is great for either clearing roads in the winter, or for moving some dirt or gravel around. Of course the plow is moved up and down by the winch, plus the plow can be rotated to either side. The winch is even great by itself. It offers you a piece of mind that you can get yourself out of any sticky situation you may find yourself in from time to time. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in EXCELLENT condition. It only has 61 original miles and 30.5 engine hours of use. You read that right, only 61 original miles! This machine isn't even broken in yet. It is extremely hard to find used machines that are this nice with this few miles on it. There is no doubt that anyone who purchases this ATV wouldn't be completely thrilled. Not much to say on condition, it's pretty much brand new. It may have a very light trail scratch here or there, but is otherwise as close to new as you can get. Mechanically its perfect. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $8000. This one looks nice, runs like new, and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
