I am selling another one of my projects that I just don't have room to keep any longer and don't see myself getting to it anytime soon. This one is a 1935 studebaker dictator. I purchased the car with the idea of doing a street rod but was told by several people that these cars are rare and should keep it stock. Well I don't build stock cars for myself so I am going to see if anyone wants to save it or just build what you want. The Frame on the car is rock solid. The preivious owner had scrapped and painted it there was not 1 rust hole in the frame. The floors have been redone already and look to be a very good job. The car has a new wire harness installed but not totaly finished. There is all new windows ready to install except the rear one the old one is still in the car for a patteren and its just flat panel glass easy for and local glass company to cut. The doors all open and close as they should. The body is in great shape a lot of work has been done already aqnd just a couple of days and she would be ready to prime and paint. The seats are all there just need to be redone. The door panels are missing but I do have all the interior window frames and are in good shape. I do not have the roof panel I had planed on a panel from a newer car with a sunroof but the original style was material and is getable. The brakes look to have some new parts and with some fluid and bleeding they may work. The trans is the original 3 speed that came with the car. The motor is a flat staright 6 and is from a 36. I had it running a coulpe of years ago but a freeze out plug had rotted and started to leak thats when I put it aside and thats how it got here. The car is really really solid. I have a lot of little parts to go with the car like handles extra dash etc. This is a car that needs to be done either stock or a sub frame and a small block either would be great. Please ask me anything you need to know and if you have any info about the car please let me know that too. I have seen these go for 5-6000 in worse shape with less parts to finish than what I have.
