This auction is for a 1981 DMC-12 DeLorean. The car is all original except for the tires and the radio. This car comes with the original window sticker, all original maintenance manuals, and detailed paperwork of the cars history, along with all receipts of maintenance and the bills of sale. Car maintenance that was done after I purchased the vehicle was: new dimmer switch, steering column bushing, thermostat and switch, engine mount kit, throttle cable, diagnostic plug, governor gear box cable, oil pump housing, oil pump driver, and pump shaft. A new battery was recently installed that works perfectly, with no wear and tear. All wiring is in perfect condition, there are no open wires or any shorts anywhere on the vehicle. The AC works and is charged. All replacements parts were purchased from the DeLorean Motor Company and are tailor made for the car. Interior: The interior is in great condition, all gauges work, the seats have typical leather wear, carpet is clean and undamaged, all original floor mats are included. All electronics work perfectly with no known issues. Exterior: No dents or dings on the body work. Car is rust free. Has all the original DMC windows and are in great condition. Comes with original factory spare tire that has never been used. Engine: Transmission is in great condition. The engine runs great and always starts on the first try. There are no leaks of any kind. Additional Parts: The car also comes with a flux capacitor, as seen in the Back To The Future movies. Comes with an extra rear view mirror, extra wipers, wheel nuts, and all original parts that were replaced.
