1995 Ford F-150 4 X 4 with its issues - really a whole bunch of small nickel and dime ones - a lot don't even have to do with the truck drivability. The Tranny slips initially then its fine - could easily make a nation wide trip. From a start to initially getting into higher gears. Here is the second issue - either the second fuel pump is overheating or there is a vacuum leak that causes the truck to stall every time you break hard! Starts right back up and will drive 70 mph or more with no issues! It's still very peppy! Selling it now so you have time to make repair before it gets cold. Strong 351 5.8 liter engine Had the fuel filter replaced, air filter, wipers, battery, cables, posts, driver side mount for the shocks and coil spring, and the two shocks. The door jams need adjusted as they clank when you go down the road and the window seals are dry rotted. I also replaced the power steering/gear box. Fuel Lines are newer and all spring steel mounts are in good shape. At least the one fuel pump needs replaced so you can have both. No Frame Rust Cab Mounts could use a replacing and the floor rocker for driver side as well. Solid floors otherwise. Overall a project - yet a lot are quick and easy and inexpensive fixes. I personally love the truck - it still scoots. I just cant take care of it anymore. So I am passing it on to the next Ford Truck Lover hoping someone can fix her up and maintain it. Radio works, Ac is Super Cold, Exhaust is fine, interior with the exception of the roof liner is in good shape, front window is newer, power windows work fine, breaks appear to be fine, shocks are good, heat works fine, windshield wipers and pump are fine, all turn signals work and so does horn, all lights function properly. I bought another truck so I no longer need this one. With a little time and effort you can have yourself a reliable truck. It's really not beat up. Just needs attention.
