A nice example of a 1966 F100 long bed for sale. This truck has been thoroughly gone through with too many new parts to list. I built this truck more for function than looks. I had finished my 1966 Bronco a few months earlier and found myself afraid to use it after I made it into a trailer queen; this one I wanted to be able to enjoy. The motor, which has been rebuilt is economical and strong. Dual exhausts, Offenhauser intake with Holly four barrel along with Hurst three speed manual on the floor. The interior is a plain bench seat, JVC stereo and a full complement of gauges. I did everything possible to to keep the exterior as low maintenance as possible so there was not going to be the temptation to make another trailer queen. It is painted with Rat Rod Flat Black two part urethane. I put the truck on the road in December of 2009. It had 25515 miles showing on the odometer; today it's at 28390. It has led a sheltered life, always parked in the garage which is the reason I am reluctantly putting it up for sale. I need the space for a few new projects. This is an ideal vehicle to cruise, take to car shows or make plenty of trips to Home Depot. This truck is by no means perfect but it is reliable and does turn heads.
