This two-owner car has been adult-owned (both the original and current owner are in their 50's) and has been well cared for. This GT 500 has been signed by Carroll Shelby himself. The autograph appears on the passenger-side airbag cover and the Certificate of Authenticity is included. The car is triple black in color: black exterior paint, black leather interior, and satin black tape stripes. This Shelby is #1496 of a total build of 3,532 coupes and is #316 of 845 manufactured in black. This car is powered by a 540 horsepower 5.4 liter supercharged engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Power is transferred to the pavement via a limited-slip differential. To go along with all the "Go!" the "Whoa!" is provided by 14" Brembo vented discs and calipers up front.
