1972 Suzuki GT750 Water Buffalo GT 750 Water-Cooled Three-Cylinder Two-Stroke Motorcycle, the first Japanese motorcycle with a liquid-cooled engine. This is a project motorcycle that currently does NOT run. I do have a clean and clear title for it in my name. It was purchased as a project. The engine turns over with no problem and from kicking it over with the kick starter it appears to have good compression. The previous owner said it was all complete and original. He did have multiple parts, including 3 radiators, 2 airboxes, 3 rear fender/taillight assemblies, 3 engine guards, many turn signals, as well as new engine points cover, replacement points, radiator hoses, etc. There is a set of decals that was purchase in 2006 or 2007, according to the post mark on the packages they are in from when I purchased the bike. I am not an expert, but it appears complete as far as all major parts. I can not tell if they are all correct for the 72 model, as opposed to, say a 73, etc.. See the photographs and I will be happy to take photos of anything specific that you would like to see. The seat is new or newly rebuilt and looks great. This is the first year for the GT750 and it was the only year for the double sided twin-leading shoe drum brake on the front, which is highly sought by those in vintage racing. The 3 into 4 exhaust is complete with tips. There is one area of scratches and bent seam, but other than that, it appears to be in pretty good shape, especially for the age. I haven’t seen much rust at all, but please look at the photos. It has been kept in my garage for the past year or so and the previous owner also kept it inside. If you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them. Please look at the photographs in detail, and again, I will gladly take more of anything specific you would like to see. It is being listed AS IS, WHERE IT IS. It will need work, but is a great start on a restoration. It will need a battery at the very least, but it is a solid bike.
