This is a 1950 Austin of England Street Rod for sale. I am selling my Austin Street Rod. I will accept the first reasonable offer and end the auction early. Please make all offers through eBay. (Historically, the Austin of England was used as a taxi in England.) I have owned this car for about 5 years. I purchased it from a gentleman in Florida. I had the interior work done. The previous owner had the other restoration work done. I take the car to "Market Dairy" burger joint on Saturday nights. I once entered it in a car show at the Elks Club where it took either 1st or 2nd place. It has a 350 CI Crate Motor. It has drum brakes in the back and disc brakes up front. All the lights and turn signals work. The gauges all work. The radio is operable, but there is lots of static so I don't use it. Other than the radio, everything works just like it should. It drives terrific. It stops great. The brakes do not pull. It has a Crowler Cam, Polished Tunnel Ram, Polished AFBs, MSD, Holley Fuel Pump & Regulator, Aluminum Radiator and Chrome Mini Starter. It also has a chrome alternator, fuel cell, stainless lines, smooth polished aluminum firewall, electric fan and a turbo 350 transmission w/shift kit. It has a boxed frame, DANA Narrowed Read, 411 gears, Crager Wheels, Mickey Thompson Tires, Front Disk Brakes, Rack & Pinion Steering, Wheelie Bar, Tubular A-arms, and a Dual Master Cylinder w/brake proportional value. It has custom leather Interior. It comes with a JVC AM/FM CD player mounted in the dash, Roll Bar, Electric Windows, Dark Tinted Glass, Tilt Wheel, Stewart Warner White Face Gauges and a full custom headliner.
