I'm listing my 1973 Buick Riviera for sale. I have owned the car since June, 2002 having bought it from a lady in Alabama whose husband had recently passed away. They had bought the car new in 1973 so I am only the second owner of the car. When I bought the car I drove it back to Indiana and we stared to work on it. The car had only one small rust spot on the left rear fender (2 in X 5 in) which was cut out and new metal welded in. The vinyl top was removed, the car was media blasted and repainted in gloss black (base coat--clear coat). The car still looks beautiful today! The car has always been garaged and pampered and waxed on a regular basis. The rear bumper was rechromed and the front bumper was replaced with a split 1971 bumper for a more custom look. 20 inch tires and wheels were added at this time. The interior on the car is in excellent shape with no rips or splits. Headliner is like new as well as the dash. Door panels and carpet are beautiful too. In 2003 I had the 455 motor completely rebuilt (new pistons, rings, valves ground, etc) and it still runs great today. I have only driven the car about three hundred miles in the past three years so it's time for someone else to enjoy this black beauty. Inspections are encouraged and advised, just call for an appt..
