** NOTE - I've received questions about the car in terms of its overall condition - it is a nice looking car that runs good. The car is not a museum piece by any means and as I have tried to describe in the ad, it does have minor scratches here and there throughout the car. The car is a 2002 and was driven as a daily driver in the Bay Area. Although it was taken very good care of and serviced by Mercedes, it does have evidence of use. The rims, which by design, stick out more than the common rim have scrapes on them from parallel parking. The windshield has a small "star" in the glass as evidenced in the photo and the rear bumper has some small scrapes. Please NOTE payment will be by bank wire transfer of money - no exceptions to this rule. A really nice example of a 2002 Mercedes C32 Supercharged AMG. A somewhat rare car that is very fast. Overall the Mercedes is in good condition as evidenced by the photos, but does have some scrapes, scratches, dings. The car has small chips in the paint on it's hood and the top part of the shifter inside the car forward and between the seats is worn. The car has all the options available for this car of the 2002 year, with the exception of navigation. The car was just recently serviced at the Mercedes Benz dealership and is in good running condition with all lights, switches, and controls working as should be. The car is in need of 4 new tires however, hence the low listing price. The car new sold for in excess of 50,000.00. AMG engines are handbuilt and are tuned for speed; they also by their nature sound very different than that of the regular Mercedes engine.
