1970 Honda CT

I am so shocked as how many so called restored bikes are selling for 3500 to 5000 dollars. There has been 14-15 that have sold at those numbers. This one is so completely original which I once understood to be better than restored. So this will be the last time listed. Only the air cleaner has been disturbed. My father purchased this Honda mini trail CT70 new from Oakland Honda in November 1969. Was not used much as seen by the speedometer and always stored indoors. All parts are original, did just notice that the tail light lens is cracked. As seen by the tags it has not been registered in many a year. Just aired the tires, did an oil change, tank was empty so fresh gas added and a battery also changed. Started on 4th kick. Sounds like new, no noise at all. Did a quick clean up, a detail job would do wonders. Actually put on 2 miles, had 299 and now reads 302 miles. A couple local folks have come by & fired it up, works so good it scared them off. Either that or they were too cheap. You know, them bird sounds. Everything works. Funny thing is a decal slipped on one side as seen in the pictures. Not really planning on shipping this bike, hopefully buyer can make arrangements with a shipper. Will try to work with buyer of course. Paypal deposit of 200 bucks, rest in a certified bank check.
