You are looking at 2007 Dodge Charger Police Sedan. The car runs and drives but has some sort of vibration in what seems to be the rear of the vehicle and the brakes seem rough (possibly from sitting for awhile. This was a fully lit and marked squad. The emergency equipment has been removed but it was drilled and had items fastened to the exterior and interior. There is no stereo in this car! The check engine light is on and is seems to have a slight exhaust leak. Exterior has some rust and dings/dents. The tires are fair.
